Hi, I’m Jessica Ervin, and I’m proud to serve as the Marketing & Community Engagement Manager at Stokes Counseling. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Juvenile and Family Justice from the University of New Haven. For more than 10 years, I’ve supported children and families through roles as a Staffing Coordinator, Case Manager, and in Residential Services—work that allowed me to advocate, connect families with resources, and guide them through challenging times.

In addition to my direct service experience, I bring a strong background in marketing and communications, helping organizations strengthen their voice and expand community impact. I also serve on several community organization boards, where I continue to champion equity, empowerment, and access for underrepresented communities.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, learning to golf, and curating cultural events that celebrate creativity and community. What inspires me most is seeing transformation—whether in an individual, a family, or an entire community.
