WISE Program

Our WISE program is an in-home therapy support for seniors, medically compromised and intellectually disabled communities, their families and caregivers. Our Stokes clinicians provide this type of support by meeting our clients where they are located, whether that be at home, at an assisted living space or in a nursing home. Our team takes into consideration that all family dynamics are different and while your needs might look different from others, our highly trained clinicians are prepared to meet families and individuals where they are at. The WISE program also offers group sessions. We are also able to offer WISE sessions over telehealth as needed.
