Licensed Professional Counselor

Stephanie Murana is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor who has been working in the CT public school system as a School Counselor for the last eight years. During that time she has worked in a number of diverse communities. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and families both in the school system and in practice. As no approach and no client is one size fits all, she tailors her use of specific modalities to the individual client. Approaches used include cognitive/behavioral, solution-focused, and client centered. Stephanie’s goal is to help clients feel safe, validated, understood, heard and supported while working to process through life experiences and make real positive changes in their life. Stephanie will be offering virtual sessions only.
