Natalie Haynes is a Licensed Master Social Worker who is passionate about helping others through talk therapy. She graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with her Master’s in Social Work and Master’s in Women’s and Gender Studies. Natalie is dedicated to bettering the lives of LGBTQ+ individuals and their unique experiences. Working in the mental health field for almost 10 years, Natalie has worked with adults and children of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism. Natalie utilizes a person centered approach, where therapy is tailor made to meet a client where they are and address individual experiences and needs. Influences range from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and talk therapy. Natalie believes that deeply knowing and trusting oneself leads to better understanding of the world.
