Licensed Master Social Worker

Navigating life’s challenges presents an opportunity for personal growth and the realization of one’s true potential. As a licensed Social Worker (LMSW) and graduate of the Silberman School of Social Work, I bring over 8 years of experience, working with diverse populations. In my role as a Social Worker within the NYC Department of Education, I have worked extensively with individuals diagnosed with Autism, Intellectual and Developmental disabilities, Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,  and with families facing various challenges including housing instability. I also offer therapeutic services tailored to individuals, groups, couples, and families, with a particular focus on anxiety, depression, anger management,  life-skills development, and overall behavioral health.

My therapeutic approach is strength-based and prioritizes empathy and healing,  My practice is trauma-informed, acknowledging the complexities of human experience and viewing each individual holistically rather than merely addressing surface-level concerns. Some of the modalities that I utilize in therapy include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).

I look forward to embarking on this journey with you, where we can work together to delve into the complexities of our experiences, facilitating healing and growth along the way.
