Lisa F. Votto is a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist who has been working with families and individuals for over 26 years. Lisa has a variety of rich career and life experiences which lend to her ability to effectively support her diverse clientele in managing depression, grief, anxiety, the effects of trauma including racial trauma, the effects of substance abuse in families, death and dying, terminal illness, parenting, and couples and family conflict. Lisa believes her work as a therapist is an honor and privilege and her approach is warm and compassionate. By creating a safe and supportive environment, Lisa is able to empower clients to make positive changes to promote their emotional wellness and improved relationships. A racial justice ally with extensive experience working within members of many diverse populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQ, Lisa’s expertise and ability to connect with clients is universal, using a strength based and eclectic approach of combining a variety of therapeutic approaches and strategies based on the uniqueness of each client. Lisa offers telehealth therapy only.
