Licensed Professional Counselor Associate

My name is Lexus Arvanis and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I recently moved to Connecticut 2 years ago from Texas where I obtained my Bachelor’s from Midwestern State University in 2019 and my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Walden University in 2022. I have been in the mental health field for over seven years and have different mental health experiences in various levels of care such as residential, in-home, outpatient, and hospitals. I enjoy learning something new every day and continue to educate myself in this field to be the best advocate I can be for my clients. I am currently pursuing a PHD in Clinical Psychology to continue this education.

I am heavily experienced in working with individuals who struggle with dual diagnosis and have a client centered approach to ensure my clients have a safe and comfortable environment to work through their barriers and struggles while also using CBT and MI techniques. I also have experience working alongside active military and veterans and want to continue to expand my experience and knowledge. I am so excited to work alongside my clients and be able to be on this journey with them.
