Laura Ehlinger is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education (2012) and a Master’s degree in School Counseling (2014) from Lee University. She completed additional courses for her Advanced Official Certificate Program in Professional Counseling at Central Connecticut State University (2019) and is also a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Laura has 10 years of experience counseling youth in the educational setting. Laura utilizes a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused therapy, strengths-based counseling, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing to build a positive counseling relationship with her clients. Laura is dedicated to making a safe space to share thoughts and concerns to ensure her clients feel heard. She works alongside her clients to develop lifestyle changes and to build resources and strategies for the goals they wish to achieve.
