Licensed Professional Counselor; Clinical Director

Kimberly “Kim” Neat is a licensed professional counselor licensed in both Connecticut and Kentucky. Graduating from Eastern Kentucky University in 2019 with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Kim has worked in both community mental health in Northern Kentucky and private practice in Westport Connecticut. Kim has experience in school-based therapy, addiction treatment, depression, and anxiety. Kim is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and specializes in LGBTQIA+ affirming care. In a therapeutic session Kim provides space to come as you are, free from judgement. She utilizes CBT strategies, solution focused techniques, motivational interviewing, and reality therapy.
