Julia is also experienced in working with children, adolescents, families, and adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression. She utilizes strengths-based and evidence-based practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Positive Psychology, Psychoeducation, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to empower clients with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to take control of their lives and achieve their goals. She is passionate about building meaningful therapeutic relationships with her clients and providing a space in which her clients feel seen, heard, and safe. Julia believes that it takes a village, and therefore uses a collaborative approach to engage different parts and people of her client’s support system to support the work that is done in therapy.
