Licensed Professional Counselor

Jon Codraro has been practicing for the last 6 years. Has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is currently enrolled in a duel doctoral program for a doctorate in counseling and a doctorate in school psychology. Jon utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy primarily using Rogerian psychology with theories and styles from Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused, mindfulness techniques and positive psychology with a core belief that everyone is truly trying their best and that the courage to ask for help should never be overlooked. Jon has worked in residential faculties working with sexually reactive individuals, has done extensive in home work within the multi systemic treatment model, worked on the hospital ER floor, as well as intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization and dual diagnosis programs with both adolescents and adults. Jon is a Licensed practicing counselor in the state of CT and a Licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of NH. Jon is looking to open a practice with his wife with the ultimate goal of helping as many people as he can.
