Jodeci Oquendo is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Jodeci has extensive experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families in both in-home and outpatient settings treating a broad range of mental health issues and concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem, and stress management. Additionally, she was a Resident Advisor during her undergraduate education at Southern Connecticut State University providing personal and academic support, resources, and guidance to first- and second-year college students. She utilizes a client centered approach along with cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques. However, every form of treatment is tailored to fit you!
