Jessica Allard is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) who has experience working with adolescents, adults, groups, and couples within community, school, mental health agency, and telemedicine settings. She enjoys helping people struggling with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life stressors, interpersonal conflicts, and she enjoys working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. She combines aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, and Solution-focused therapy in her work with clients. She is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) and incorporates aspects of mindfulness into her work with clients to compassionately guide clients towards an experience of feeling centered and calm. Jessica is passionate about working in partnership with clients to gently identify and remove the blocks standing in the way of positive change and well-being. She uses a client-centered and strengths-based approach that puts client goals first and meets clients where they are at!
