Jenny Milish is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She earned her Master’s of Social Work from the University of Connecticut. Jenny has a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based approach to therapy working to empower you. She utilizes evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Jenny has experience working with adults, adolescents, and children and in areas around substance use and mental health. She works with all populations, providing a safe and judgment-free space where you can be heard. Her areas of special interest include Gender Diversity, LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergence, and Perinatal Mental Health.
