Jadien Smith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker supporting the WISE in-home therapy program. With over two decades of experience, Jadien empowers individuals through self-discovery and resilience, embracing the non-linear nature of the healing process.

After earning her Master’s degree, Jadien pursued further education, obtaining a Post-Master’s specialization in Trauma-Informed Care. By integrating various therapeutic techniques, she tailors interventions to meet each client’s unique needs, focusing on fostering self-awareness and promoting personal growth.

In addition to her therapeutic work, Jadien is a Certified Case Manager through the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC), which underscores her commitment to high standards. Jadien’s approach prioritizes understanding interconnected health issues and collaboration to ensure holistic assessments and personalized care plans.
