Hello, My name is Ivette and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). I received my B.A. in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Connecticut and I’m a master’s level graduate of Clinical Mental Health from Post University. I specialize in working with clients dealing with issues such as behavioral, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. I use a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and work toward healing. Whether it’s going through a difficult transition, struggling with past experiences, or simply looking to improve mental well-being. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in a strong belief in the capacity for growth and healing.
