Licensed Clinical Social Worker Clinical Director

Heather Agid is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as an LMSW Clinical Director. Heather provides supervision and support to associate licensed clinicians, aiding in their professional and clinical development while ensuring clients are receiving best-practice care.

Heather is also a telehealth provider who provides direct care to clients with diverse mental health needs. Heather has experience working with various populations of all ages in different settings, including outpatient, foster care, inpatient, residential and within the community. Heather specializes in attachment work, parenting education and trauma. Heather utilizes a variety of clinical skills and treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy components and Motivational Interviewing. She is trained and credentialed in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is provided to clients with complex trauma histories and at-risk trauma symptoms. She is also accredited in the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P). Heather’s primary goal is to empower clients to reach their clinical goals and to feel more comfortable and satisfied with their day-to-day living.
