Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate

Frankie Esposito (she/her) is a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate. Frankie has been practicing since graduating with a Master’s in Marriage and Family therapy from Southern Connecticut State University in 2020. Frankie has experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD and OCD amongst other diagnoses in children, adults and families. Frankie is particularly passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ youth, couples, and families.

Frankie’s personality influences her approach to therapy in the ways she connects with clients. She believes humor can be a helpful tool in putting clients at ease and building a strong and trusting therapeutic rapport. Frankie’s goal as a therapist is to create a safe, inclusive, welcoming environment for individuals from every community no matter their race, religion, sexual orientation or gender. Frankie’s therapeutic space is for everyone to feel seen, heard and validated. She believes her role as a therapist is to meet clients where they are and provide guidance to help them navigate their own journey.
