Danielle Cummings is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) who obtained her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University. As a clinician, Danielle prioritizes strengthening therapeutic relationships by creating a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space. Danielle is passionate about working with children, teens, and adults to support them throughout life’s challenges. Danielle has experience working with a range of mental health diagnoses, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and ADHD. Danielle is able to aid clients who are navigating complex interpersonal relationships, grief, school/career uncertainties, and other life transitions. Danielle can assist you with making self-care a priority, learning stress management techniques, and incorporating grounding skills to cope with mental health symptoms. Danielle is ready to meet you where you are, assist you in reaching your goals, and enhance your overall quality of life. Danielle utilizes a holistic lens while incorporating a variety of approaches including, strength-based techniques, person-centered strategies, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and more.
