Director of Community Based Programs

Courtney has been working with children and families for over 20 years. She has experience working within the Waterbury public school system as well as residential, in-home, crisis, and parenting programs. As the Director of Community Based Programs Courtney handles referrals for, oversees and manages our FAM, WISE and School Based Programs. Courtney also collaborates with and participates in various panels and organizations (including Juvenile Review Board, Family Focused Partnership, School Readiness, Wellness Committee, Naugatuck Social Services, Naugatuck Youth Services, etc.) to ensure Stokes Counseling can be a resource for families in need.
