Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Cassie Manger earned both her Bachelor and Master of Social Work at the University of Saint Joseph with a specialization in Children and Families. Prior to working at Stokes Counseling Centers and First Choice Health Centers, she worked with adults and families battling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in individual, group, and in-home modalities and supporting attachment-based parenting through a trauma focused lens. Cassie has been involved with supporting adults, children, and families over the past 10 years with mental health concerns, special needs (trauma, developmental, emotional, medical etc…) substance use disorders, and coping with the aftermath of trauma, by working through the stages of change, advocating, navigating, empowering, supporting, and strengthening resilience, interpersonal relationships, and coping skills.

Cassie utilizes goal-oriented, strength-based, trauma sensitive, culturally informed treatment to provide clients with the opportunity to develop a safe therapeutic relationship in which they can grow and heal.
