Caroline Kordell is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who graduated with her Masters in Art Therapy and Counseling from Albertus Magnus College. She has experience working with children and adolescences in intensive outpatient programs and partial hospitalization programs, as well as providing individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and veterans. She has worked with a broad range of mental health issues including ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD and eating disorders. Caroline believes that when words fail to adequately express our emotional challenges, art therapy builds a road map to our subconscious by unlocking doors that we didn’t know were closed. Her empathetic nature enables her to quickly build trust with her clients so the transformative work of healing can begin. In addition to Art therapy Caroline utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques such as CBT and DBT.
