Ann Cook is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began her clinical career in PA before relocating to CT four years ago. She has worked in various settings in both clinical roles and administrative. The thing she is most proud of is the work she did to establish an equine assisted therapy program in Northeastern Pennsylvania called Marley’s Mission. Her speciality areas are trauma recovery, addictions, grief, anxiety, depression and children and adolescents with behavioral challenges. She is trained in Somatic Experiencing, TFCBT, Prolonged exposure, CBT, and equine assisted therapy. She is a certified expert witness on victim behavior and believes in the power of holistic healing .
